Arbor Cove Wedding Content Creation agrees to provide wedding day content creation services as outlined in the selected collection, including raw photo and video coverage with 24-hour delivery and edited short-form videos within 48 hours. A non-refundable $250 deposit is required to secure the date, with the remaining balance due no later than one week before the event; a travel fee of $50 per 50 miles (this includes to and from venue traveling from Charlotte, NC) applies. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations within 30 days forfeit all payments. If Arbor Cove Wedding Content Creation cancels due to illness or emergency, a full refund will be issued, including deposit. Clients may use content for personal use with credit to "@arborcovecontent," while Arbor Cove Wedding Content Creation retains copyright and creative rights. Liability is limited to payments received (excluding deposits) in cases of unforeseen events.
This agreement represents the full understanding between both parties.
This document represents the full agreement between Arbor Cove Wedding Content Creation ("Content Creator") and the Client for wedding day content creation services. The Client agrees to select and pay in full for one of the following collections: The True Moments Collection - $600, The Timeless Collection - $1,000, or The Storytelling Collection - $1,500. *Beach Bride Giveaway winner agrees to cover travel and accommodation and will recieve The Storytelling Collection's coverage. By signing below, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and the total price of the chosen package.
